Wash fenugreek leaves. Heat 1 tb spoon oil in a pan and add 1 tb spoon sesame seeds and then add fenugreek leaves and Saute for 1 min on medium flame untill it's fried and moisture is evaporated.

Now add these stir fried fenugreek leaves, Salt, black pepper powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, 2 tb spoons sesame seeds and 2 tb spoons oil to the wheat flour and knead a stiff dough with water.

Allow the dough to rest for 5 mins. Now pull small ball from the dough and roll in round shape with the help of rolling pin. To give rectangular biscuit shape cut the curved edges of the round bhakri and then cut the remaining square in 2 halves. You may give any shape of your choice. OR JUST keep it round.

Now heat the Clay Griddle (mitti tava). Heat it on a high flame once it's heated..reduce the flame and roast the Bhakri on low flame by pessing it with the roti pesser from both sides untill it's crisp. NOTE: u may use regular griddle in case if you don't have clay griddle.

Once the Bhakri is done..Remove it from flame and apply clarified butter (ghee) immediately when it's hot. Serve these scrumptious biscuit bhakris with tea/coffee/curd/pickle or any dip of ur choice. I have served with raw mango pickle and stir fried fenugreek leaves in sesame.
