Ingredients

  1. 3 cupall purpose flour
  2. 1/2 tspbaking soda
  3. 1/2 cupcurd
  4. 1 tspoil
  5. 1/2 tspsugar
  6. 1 Cupwater

Cooking Instructions

    Take a mixing bowl add all purpose flour, baking soda, salt, curd, oil, and water and make a soft dough.

    Rest for 2-3 hours.

    After 2-3 hours make balls with the dough.

  4. 4

    Roll the bhatura shape.

  5. 5

    Heat oil in a wok, deep fry till golden in colour.

  6. 6

    Serve with chole and salad.
