Amritsari chole bhature

Take a pressure cooker and add soaked chana now add tea bag and salt and baking soda and cook for 5 whistles for first whistles is on high flame and renaming on low flame and then cool down completely.

Now take a pan add 3tbsp oil add crushed cumin seeds, ashpatidia, ginger chilli paste, tomato puree, Julien ginger and green chilli now add salt,dhaniya powder, red chilli powder, chole masala mix well and cook until oil appears by side now add boiled chana and mix well add kasuri methi and cover it and cook for 5 minutes on medium heat. Garnish with coriander

For bhature take a bowl add wheat flour now make one mixture in cup take curd, baking soda, baking powder, sugar,salt and oil put this mixture into flour and make a dough with the help of warm water make tight dough and keep aside for 2 hours.

After two hours take a dough and makes bhature and deep fried in oil serve hot with amritsari chole.
