Steps

Mix the flour with the yeast until its completely mixed.

Add sugar and salt to the flour

Mix the flour with the warm water until you come up with a soft dough.

Make sure that the dough should not be too soft nor too hard.

Add the frymate(samli) to the dough and continue mixing.

Then cut the dough into small pieces and arrange them into the baking tray

Cover the balls with cling film and leave then to rose for 15min.

After 15min its ready to go to the oven.

Bake for 30min with 170°c

After the buns are ready. smear blueband on top of them so to avoid the top from been hard.
