Ingredients

  • 7-8 slicesCut cucumber
  • 4 – 5 slicesCut onions
  • 5 – 6Tomato slices
  • 4 – 5Boiled potato slices
  • 2 tspChaat masala
  • 1 tspRock salt
  • 1 tspBlack pepper powder
  • 1 cupParatha dough
  • as neededFor garnishing :- Grated cheese

  1. 1

    Make two thick, big parathas from the prepared dough.

  2. 2

    Cut the paratha into square shape.

  3. 3

    Put some butter on the ready parathas, stuff the parathas with the cut ingredients, add seasoning, put over another paratha.

  4. 4

    Grill it in the toaster or toast it over a pan.

  5. 5

    Garnish it with grated cheese and serve with tomato ketchup.
