Cut potato in small pieces in pan take 1 tsp oil add ginger garlic paste, green chilli paste fry it then add potato an peas cook it till soft add salt to taste

Knead Maida with 2tbsp oil and salt to taste,rest for 15 minutes

Roll Maida roti spread meyonese on it put potato bhaji then add Cheese on it

Roll it close the sides,and fry in hot oil

Serve with tomato sauce
