Salt as per Taste
1 tspBlack pepper powder
1 cupDry Methi leaves
1 tspTurmeric powder
Water for kneading stiff dough

Mix all ingredients and make a semi stiff dough.

Heat the nonstick tawa it normal Tawa.

Now make small balls from prepared dough.

Now roll thin chapati and cook it on Tawa with pressing a thick cloth on it.

Cookit till it tunrs Crispy and golden brown in colour from both sides.
