Mix cornflour and milk powder in 1 cup milk and keep aside

Boil 1 ltr milk in a heavy bottom pan..after the 1st boil put on low flame.Now add the cornflour paste and sugar and keep stirring contiuously to avoid getting lumps..

Boil for 4-5 mins.
Remove from heat and cool..
freeze it for 3-4 hours.. - 4
Remove the icecream from fridge cut into pieces and whisk it nicely till you get a soft and fluffy texture and double the quantity

Now add the strawberry paste and essence and beat again for few mins.
Put the mixture in a setting bowl and
freeze it till done...
