Dhaba style dal tadka and green chane rice

Firstly wash both dals and put in cooker for boil till 2 whistle

Grind garlic 5-6 cloves, ginger 1inch, 2-3 green chilli.. Grind it

Than heat the oil in pan.. Put sm heeng and zeera in oil than add paste mix it well

When it becomes pink than add 1 chopped onion in it and mix till become golden

Add spices lyk salt, chilli powder, turmeric,dhaniya powder, degi mirch according to ur taste and quantity

Mix well and add 2 chopped tomatoes

Add sm water to ready masala

When it becomes ready than add dal in masala and mix it..at last add garammasala in dal.. Garnish with fresh dhaniya leaves and serve😊
