PREHEAT OVEN TO 325°

Prepare or thaw 9inch pie crust

Melt butter and chocolate chips over low heat set aside
- 4
In separate bowl whisk together eggs and water until well mixed.
Whisk in sugar, molasses, vanilla, salt and rum
Whisk in melted butter-melted chocolate chips - 5
Arrange ⅔ of pecans on bottom of pie crust and pour ¾ of filling over pecans
Pecans will float to top of mixture
Arrange remaining pecans on top of floating pecans
Than pour remaining filling over pecans - 6
PLACE IN OVEN AND BAKE UNTIL FILLING IS SET AND SLIGHTLY PUFFED, ABOUT 50 MINUTES
