Ingredients

2 servings
  • 2 cupfull fat milk
  • 1/2 cupcream
  • 1 tbscornflour
  • 2 tbsmilk for dilute cornflour
  • 4 tbsgrinded sugar
  • 1/2 tspvanilla accence
  • 2kiwi
  • 2 tspSugar

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil the milk

    Dilute corflour in 2 tbs milk.. Add in boiling milk

    Chop the kiwi

    Add sugar and make plup by blender

    Make plup

    Boil milk with cornflour till thick

  7. 7

    After cool it.. Keep it in fridge

  8. 8

    Now beat the cream and sugar till whipped...add it in milk..

  9. 9

    Take out ice cream from fridge...add cream in it.. Again beat it for 2 minutes...

    Add kiwi pulp

    Now put it in fridger for 6 hours...

    Serve it with fresh kiwi
