Ingredients

  • 1 kgrice
  • 350 gMeat i used
  • 2 tbspTomato paste
  • 2medium size onions
  • 6 clovesgarlic
  • Cooking oil 1serving spoonful
  • to tasteSalt
  • 2 tbspPilau masala
  • Enough water.,

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil your meat with a little water about 1 cup till it dries up

  2. 2

    Add oil allow the meat to brown

  3. 3

    Add onions and garlic let them cook till brown

    Add tomato paste pilau masala and salt stir

  5. 5

    Add washed rice and stir

    Add water double the amount of rice measure with a cup or glass

  7. 7

    Allow to cook till all the water is dried cook under low heat after the water has boiled

  8. 8

    Enjoy with salad or veges
