  • 2 cupswhite beans
  • 1onion, chopped
  • 1small green pepper, grated
  • 4 tbsoil
  • 1 tbsbenny spice
  • 1 tsprajah curry powder
  • 2 tbsvegetable powdered soup
  • water to boil until ready

    Boil beans until tender

  2. 2

    Separately, fry onion and rajah

  3. 3

    Add beans, benny spice and grated green pepper

  4. 4

    Add soup to thicken the stew add simmer for 7 mins
