First of all boil milk.flame to medium.add sugar stir continuously.cook for 7_8 minutes.add gmc powder mix well.off the flame and let it room temperature.

Now kept it in freezer for 2hours.

After 2hours beat the milk.add vanilla essence and grated chocolate.again beat for 5_6 minutes.now it's texture foamy.

Pour the batter in a ice cream(bowl)mould.

Now freeze it 7_8hours.

Ready yummy chocolate ice cream.scoop a chocolate ice cream in a plate.drizzle the chocolate sauce.put cherries on top.enjoyyy
