Ingredients

45 minutes
6 (depending on
  1. 7medium sized potatoes
  2. 3 sprigsfresh rosemary
  3. 3 tablespoonsgarlic
  4. 100 gbutter
  5. 200 mlmilk (optional)
  6. to tasteSalt

Steps

45 minutes
  1. 1

    Take the rosemary, salt and garlic and add to a large pot. Fill the pot with water and place on maximum heat until boiling

  2. 2

    Boil the water for about 20 minutes

  3. 3

    Strain the rosemary and garlic from the water and add peeled and chopped potatoes to the water

  4. 4

    Boil potatoes til cooked then strain the water

  5. 5

    Add butter and mash the potatoes. Add milk if necessary

  6. 6

    Add salt to taste and serve
