Ingredients

  1. 500 gramsLamb Liver
  2. 2Large Onions
  3. 500 gramsPotatoes
  4. 1 teaspoonMinced Garlic
  5. 1Stock Cube (Lamb or Vegetable)
  6. 1 CupWater
  7. 2 TablespoonsCooking Oil
  8. to tasteBlack Pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Slice onion and put into a large pot. Add Oil and fry gently, stirring, until golden.

  2. 2

    While Onions are cooking, cut Liver into fork- sized pieces, add to pot when onions are ready. Stir well.

  3. 3

    Cut washed, but un- peeled potatoes into tiny pieces about 0.5 cm cubed, but not smaller, or they will mush. Add to pot with the water and stir well.

  4. 4

    Crumble in Stock cube, stir, then add Garlic and Black Pepper, to taste.

  5. 5

    Cool gently for about 10 - 15 minutes, until potatoes are soft, by which time the meat should be tender. Enjoy!! If you try it, remember to take a photo to share on Cook Pad!!
