One - Pot Lamb Liver, Onions and Potatoes
A quick and easy recipe high in Iron content if you are feeling tired!
Steps

Slice onion and put into a large pot. Add Oil and fry gently, stirring, until golden.

While Onions are cooking, cut Liver into fork- sized pieces, add to pot when onions are ready. Stir well.

Cut washed, but un- peeled potatoes into tiny pieces about 0.5 cm cubed, but not smaller, or they will mush. Add to pot with the water and stir well.

Crumble in Stock cube, stir, then add Garlic and Black Pepper, to taste.

Cool gently for about 10 - 15 minutes, until potatoes are soft, by which time the meat should be tender. Enjoy!! If you try it, remember to take a photo to share on Cook Pad!!
