  1. 1whole chicken halved
  2. 1 teaspoonsalt
  3. 2 teaspoonsgarlic powder
  4. 3table spoons of jerk seasoning
  5. 1lime juice
  6. smoker
  7. 1 teaspoononion powder
  8. 1 teaspoonblack pepper

    Clean and cut chicken in half

  2. 2

    Season chicken

  3. 3

    Place chicken into zip lock bag with lime juice marinate for at least one hour.

    Smoke chicken for 2 hours with your choice of wood I used peacn chunks and pecan pellets.

    Cut up and enjoy.
