Grind bread 1/2 cup milk and cornflour, cashews to a fine paste keep aside.

In a non stick pan boil 3.5 cup of milk. Once the milk boil.Let the milk boil for another 10-12 minutes.

The milk should reduce, add bread, cashews mixture to the milk and cook for 5 minutes.

Add sugar and chopped cashews, cook for 2-3 minutes.

Heat off add cardamom powder, cinnamon powder mix well cool the milk to room temperature.

Transfer the mixture into tin mould cover and freeze for 6 hours.

Unmould and Sprinkle chopped cashews,cinnamon and cardamom pwder.

Insert a wooden skewer stick in the centre of the icecream serve.
