Ingredients

3 serving
  1. 1/4 kgFresh pepper
  2. Few pieces Shombo
  3. 8big Snails
  4. Groundnut oil for frying
  5. Salt
  6. 2medium sized Onion
  7. 2Maggi seasoning
  8. 1/2tablespoonGarlic and ginger paste

Steps

  1. 1

    Remove the shells of the snails,wash with alom till is not slimmy

  2. 2

    Rinse again with salty water then boil.boil for 45minutes with sliced onion and seasoning.

  3. 3

    Blend fresh pepper,ginger and garlic paste and shombo and boil till all the water evaporates.

  4. 4

    Heat up vegetable oil,slice onion and pour inside the hot vegetable oil.

  5. 5

    Fry for 10 seconds then pour the boiled pepper allow to fry for 5minutes.

  6. 6

    Select the snails out and put the frying pepper.turn very well and allow to fry for 10minutes with constant stirring.
