Take1/4 cup milk in a bowl and add c.m.c powder, g.m.s powder and cornflor mix it well and take a side

Heat a pan add milk and sugar when milk started boiling add cornflor milk batter mix it well

When it's come thick extractor off the gas cool it transfer it a bowl and griend with beatter and freeze it on freezer in 5-6 hours

Then add cream and griend it well. and participate it in two parts

Add tandai powder,ice cream esssence and green colour in first part and griend it then freeze it on freezer whole night.

Add rose essence And red colourin second part griend it well then freeze it no freezer whole night.
