Ingredients

6 servings
  • 1 litrefull fat milk
  • 2 tbspCornflour
  • 1 cupmilkmaid
  • 1 cupDry fuits chopped
  • 1/2 cupmilk powder
  • 1/2 cupfilament mawa
  • few kesar strands soaked in milk

Steps

  1. 1

    First of all boil milk in heavy bottomed pan.

  2. 2

    Let it boil for 10 mins then add Cornflour slurry. (Cornflour mixed with four tbsp milk)

  3. 3

    Now let it boil continuously stirring in between to avoid sticking at bottom on medium flame.

  4. 4

    Add milkmaid,milk powder,mawa.

  5. 5

    Boil everything say for about 10 more mins.

  6. 6

    By the time mixture will be thick like Rabdi.

  7. 7

    Switch off gas, add dryfruits and let the mixture come to room temperature.

  8. 8

    Pour in moulds or in air tight container.Cut in slices.

  9. 9

    Serve with falooda,rose syrup, chia seeds or as per choice.
