500 gramscarrot
1 cupmilk
1/2 cupmihaai mate
1/2 cupghee
1/4 cupnuts and raisins
To tastesugar
1 pinchsalt

Grate the carrots
2

Heat a pan add half of the ghee and saute the grated carrots adding salt
3

Now pour the milk and cover it well
4

Remove the cover and add sugar mix well
5

Finally add mithai mate,nuts raisins and mix well
6

Garnish it with ghee and remove from the heat
7

Serve it and enjoy
