Ingredients

1 cupgrated fresh corn
1shimla mirch (capsicum) finely chopped
to tasteFew green chilies finely chopped
1 cuprice flour
1 cupcornflour
As neededMilk
1 tspFine powder of black pepper
to tasteSugar
as neededFresh coriander finely chopped

Take a bowl

And add all the ingredients and make a smooth batter using milk.

Make a little thick chillas on a preheated tawa or nonstick pan
4

Cover and cook on both sides till done

Serve with tomato ketchup or garlic sauce if you like it..
