Custard mango ice-cream

FOR CUSTARD- Boil 500ml milk, take 1cup water mix 1/2 cup custard powder and pour into milk

Keep stirring for 15min

Add 1 cup sugar mix well, cook for 5 mins

Turn off the gas, and keep aside to cool

Freeze for 2 hours, then add 1cup Mango pulp and grated dry fruits, mix well

Pour in ice cream mold

Freeze for 8 hours

Serve cold
