For Falooda - Take 500ml milk and add 1 cup water and heat for 2-3 mins

Add Falooda mix and boil it while stirring continuously for 10-15 mins and then keep aside to cool

Refrigerate to chill (do not deep freeze) Falooda ready...

For Mango ice-cream - Take 500ml milk and boil till it reduces to half

Then add sugar and chopped dry fruits and cook for 10 mins

Turn off the flame and keep it aside to cool

Then freeze it for 2 hrs,then add Mango pulp and fresh cream and then churn both

And pour it in the ice cream mould and freeze overnight. Mango ice-cream ready...

Garnish Falooda with Mango ice cream and dry fruits.
