Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1 3/4 cupheavy whipping cream
  • 1 cansweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tspvanilla extract
  • 1 ripe mango, chopped
  • 3/4 cupfresh strawberries chopped

Steps

  1. 1

    1. With a hand mixer, whip the heavy whipping cream until it thickens and fluffy peaks appear, approximately 5 minutes.

  2. 2

    2.Carefully fold in all the other ingredients. Place the ice cream in a kulfi mould and fresh it for 6 hours or until set.

    3. Enjoy it messy!
