In a bowl add milk and sieve the eggs as you add them to the milk.(makes it finer)

Add the veggies and stir well.

Heat a frying pan,brush with veg oil and add half the mixture,spread it out evenly so it fills the pan.

After about a minute or so it will look ready,using a spatula fold it from one side towards the center.push it backwards so it leaves the pan half full, leave about quarter of it unfolded and pour a bit of the remaining mixture so it connects with the cooked part. Spread it out and continue pouring and rolling till its all one big egg roll.

Gently remove it from the pan and place it on a cutting board. gently cut it and plate it

Enjoy with a hot mug of cocoa and some slices of bread.
