Ingredients

1 cupapplesauce
1 cupwhite flour
1 cupwheat flour
1/2 cupoatmeal (optional)
2 tablespoonssugar
1/2 teaspoonsalt
3 teaspoonsbaking powder
to tasteCinnamon
to tasteNutmeg (use less than cinnamon)
1/4-1/2 cupbutter (at room temperature) or vegetable oil
1 1/2 cupsmilk
Walnut bits to taste (optional)

Add a bit of the butter to a skillet to fry the pancakes later

Add all ingredients, in order, to a mixing bowl and stir

Heat skillet on medium until butter melts
4

Fry them cakers a few at a time and enjoy with some sweet toppings
