Steps

Clean mushroom with a samp kitchen towel. Peel the skin gently and cut into slices.

Heat butter in a wok/kadhai and saute mushroom with little salt and pepper on high flame for 2 min. Keep aside

Heat oil in a kadhai fry onions till it is golden. Add ginger garlic paste, paneer butter masala and little water. Cook.

Then add cashew paste and salt as per taste and milk. Bring to boil and add sauteed mushroom. Cover lid and cook till mushroom is soft and tender.

Add cream and serve hot with paratha or naan.
