Ingredients

  1. 250 gmPoha (thick)
  2. 100 gmMoong dal
  3. 100 gmBeans
  4. 100 gmCarrot
  5. 50 gmGreen peas
  6. 2Aloo
  7. 4Tomatoes chopped
  8. 1 tspTermarind pulp
  9. 1-2 tspBisibele bath powder
  10. 1 tspRed chilli powder
  11. 2-3 tspDry coconut shredded
  12. to tasteSalt
  13. Curry leaves and coriander leaves for garnish

Steps

  1. 1

    In pressure cooker mix all the vegetables with moong dal except tomato

  2. 2

    Soak the poha fr 10 min

  3. 3

    In a kadai keep oil and add mustard seed tomato,termarind pulp,bisibele powder green chilli powder,dry coconut, salt,jaggery mix well and boil it

  4. 4

    Then add cooked dal and vegetables and boil for few min

  5. 5

    Lastly add soaked poha and mix well and boil it for few min

  6. 6

    Garnish with curry leaves and coriander leaves.
