Ingredients

  • 2 cupscooked rice
  • 1 cupboiled carrots
  • 1 cupboiled peas
  • 1 cupgreen capsicums
  • 1 cuponions finely chopped
  • Salt, turmeric, chilli powder and garam masala

Steps

  1. 1

    In a pan add oil, add chopped onions. Saute well.

  2. 2

    Add green capsicums. Add salt a bit

  3. 3

    Add boiled carrots and peas.

  4. 4

    Mix very very well.

  5. 5

    Add cooked rice.

  6. 6

    Add turmeric powder add salt, chilli powder. Garam masala.

  7. 7

    Mix well and serve hot.
