Ingredients

2 cupscooked rice
1 cupboiled carrots
1 cupboiled peas
1 cupgreen capsicums
1 cuponions finely chopped
Salt, turmeric, chilli powder and garam masala

Steps

In a pan add oil, add chopped onions. Saute well.

Add green capsicums. Add salt a bit

Add boiled carrots and peas.

Mix very very well.

Add cooked rice.

Add turmeric powder add salt, chilli powder. Garam masala.

Mix well and serve hot.
