In a pan add ghee and fry the cashews until golden brown Colour and keep aside.

In a same pan add sugar and coconut together and mix well until sugar gets dissolved and combined with coconut together until like a form dough.. which takes about 10 to 12 mins.

Meanwhile grease a tray or plate with ghee and make ready.

Once it become like a semi dough add fried cashews and elachi powder and mix well.

Once the mixture consistency leaves the pan edges, off the flame and immediately pour to the greased tray. Spread & tap well.

Allow 10 mins to cool. Cut with the sharp knife or with pizza cutter to make desire shape.
