  1. 2 cupsrice washed and soked for 30min
  2. 2 cupscoconut milk
  3. 3lemongrass blades
  4. 2 tspginger paste
  5. 3green chilies
  6. 2Onions chopped
  7. 2Cucumber chopped
  8. 1/4 cupPeanuts
  9. 2Boiled eggs
  10. Salt and paper powder as per the test

    Take all the ingredients.

    Heat pan. Add rice coconut milk lemongrass bleads chills salt paper Lill water.

    Cook rice on high flame for 10min.

    When rice is done remove lemon grass bleads from the crooked rice.

    Fry peanuts till it becomes golden brown.

    Fry onions till it becomes golden brown.

    Serve Nasi Lemak with cucumber fried peanuts onions and boiled eggs.
