Steps

Parboil cauliflower florets & drain excess water. Keep aside.

In a bowl add curd, salt, roasted cumin powder, roasted dry red chilli powder, grated ginger & a little amount of water if needed. mix well.now add cauliflower to it. Mix well.

In a pan heat oil, add punch phutan, dry red chilli, curry leaf. Let it crackle.

Add it to the curd mixture & mix well. Enjoy...
