  1. 250 gchicken
  2. to tasteSalt
  3. 2 tspgarlic and ginger paste
  4. 4 tsptomato sauce
  5. 2 tspcorn flour
  6. 1tomato
  7. 1capsicum
  8. 2onions
  9. As needed oil
  10. 1 tspvinegar
  11. 1 tspchilli sauce
  12. 1 tspsoya sauce

  1. 1

    Take a mixing bowl add chicken pieces,vinegar, salt, soya, chilli and tomato sauce, ginger & garlic paste mix it well and leave it for 10 mins

  2. 2

    Heat a pan add oil and deep fry those marinate chicken

  3. 3

    Garnish it with tomato,capsicum and onion and serve it hot
