Ingredients

200 ggorgonzola
Dashmilk
Spinach
5rashes bacon chopped in pieces or a box of pancetta
400 gpasta

Steps

Fry bacon first in a pan until crispy(ish). Add spinach, the dash of milk and the Gorgonzola and turn heat real low. The cheese and the milk should make a nice creamy sauce

Cook pasta on the side. When ready (al dente) through pasta in the pan and mix it altogether.
