Take wheat flour in a big pot And add ghee to it and mix it well with hands.

After this add semolina and mix it well with hands

Separate half the mixer and add some turmeric to change it's colour yellow.

Cut the last two edges of this roll and remove the edge part.

After that, cut the small pieces of the roll with the help of a knife.
