Clean your rice and let it it dry.

In a pan add a spoonful of vegetable oil and salt then add 1 cup of water and coconut water let simmer.

When about to boil. Add coconut cream. Then add the rice once the water boils. Reduce the heat and cook on low heat untill all water is absorbed in rice

To cook the mutton. Fry onion when translucent add garlic and let cook till well browned.

Add the meat, cover to cook on low heat for about 20 minutes untill it's well cooked.

Add sliced tomatoes, corriander, season with salt and spices of your choice. Let the tomatoes cook till mashed completely.

Add chunks of coconut and a little water to simmer. If your meat is well cooked set aside.

Plate your food in a coconut shell if you love aesthetics. Garnish with grated coconut.
