Ingredients

2 servings
  • 250 gchicken strips (shredded)
  • 1onion chopped
  • 1green and yellow pepper, stripped
  • 1carrot stripped
  • Salt
  • I tsp pilau masala
  • 1 tspCayenne pepper
  • 1 cuprice, pishori
  • Boiled butternut cubed
  • Cooking oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Cook the rice and set aside

  2. 2

    In a pan fry chicken strips (seasoned with masala and Cayenne pepper)

  3. 3

    Add onions, green and red pepper and carrots.

  4. 4

    Add your cooked rice.

  5. 5

    Season with salt and pepper.

  6. 6

    Add boiled butternut cubes and mix.

  7. 7

    Cook for a few minutes and it done!! Yummy. Serve
