  1. 250 gchicken strips (shredded)
  2. 1onion chopped
  3. 1green and yellow pepper, stripped
  4. 1carrot stripped
  5. Salt
  6. I tsp pilau masala
  7. 1 tspCayenne pepper
  8. 1 cuprice, pishori
  9. Boiled butternut cubed
  10. Cooking oil

  1. 1

    Cook the rice and set aside

  2. 2

    In a pan fry chicken strips (seasoned with masala and Cayenne pepper)

  3. 3

    Add onions, green and red pepper and carrots.

  4. 4

    Add your cooked rice.

  5. 5

    Season with salt and pepper.

  6. 6

    Add boiled butternut cubes and mix.

  7. 7

    Cook for a few minutes and it done!! Yummy. Serve
