Ingredients

  1. 500 gramsFried prwan
  2. 3Potato chopped in slices
  3. 3Onion medium size finely chopped
  4. 1Tomato medium size finely chopped
  5. 1cinnamon crushed
  6. 1cardamom crushed
  7. 1bay leaf
  8. 1 cupcoconut milk
  9. 2 cupwater
  10. 3 tbspMustard
  11. Coriander leaves chopped for garnishing
  12. to tasteSalt
  13. for Masala
  14. 3onion medium size chopped roughly
  15. 1 inchginger
  16. 14 garlic pods
  17. 1 inchcinnamon
  18. 2Cardamom
  19. 2cloves
  20. 1red Chilli whole
  21. 1green Chilli

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a heavy bottom fry pan add oil,once heated sugar and let it camremilze

  2. 2

    Now add cinnamon, Cardamom and bay leaf

  3. 3

    Immediately add chopped onion's and sauté

  4. 4

    Now add tomato to and cook till it's mushy

  5. 5

    Now add masala paste and other powder masala to it

  6. 6

    Saute it till all raw smell of masala

  7. 7

    Now add coconut milk and let dries up and oil start coming from sides

  8. 8

    Garnish it with chopped coriander leaves.Serve hot with rice/pulao of your choice.
