Ingredients

  1. 1 cupdicied cucumber
  2. 1/2 cupgrated coconut
  3. 1/2 cupyogurt
  4. 1-2green chilli
  5. 1 tspcumin
  6. 1 tspmustard
  7. 1-2dry red chilli
  8. 2-3garlic cloves
  9. 2-3shallots
  10. 1 tspfenugreek seeds
  11. 1 tspturmeric powder
  12. 1 tspred chilli powder
  13. to tasteSalt
  14. 1 sprigCurry leaves
  15. as neededWater
  16. as neededCoconut oil

    Grind coconut, cumin, green chilli, turmeric powder, garlic, some curry leaves, water to form a fine paste.

    Blend the yogurt or bleat throughly it and keep aside

  3. 3

    Cook the cucumber pieces in water along with salt, red chilli powder, and turmeric powder, until it become soft, add Coconut pasteand mix gently. Allow it Cook for 4 to 5mins.

  4. 4

    Switch off the flame and add the yogurt slightly and mix well. After adding yogurt don't boil the curry, other wise u can't get good texture.

  5. 5

    Then take a pan add 1tsp oil,once the oil heat splutter the mustard,add dry red chilli, curry leaves, shallots, fenugreek seeds.

  6. 6

    Pour the seasoning over the curry, now the curry is ready to serve.
