Pulissery is one of the traditional curry of keralian people's. This dish made using grated coconut and yogurt. Grind coconut, cumin, green chilli, turmeric powder, garlic, some curry leaves, water to form a fine paste.

Blend the yogurt or bleat throughly it and keep aside

Cook the cucumber pieces in water along with salt, red chilli powder, and turmeric powder, until it become soft, add Coconut pasteand mix gently. Allow it Cook for 4 to 5mins.

Switch off the flame and add the yogurt slightly and mix well. After adding yogurt don't boil the curry, other wise u can't get good texture.

Then take a pan add 1tsp oil,once the oil heat splutter the mustard,add dry red chilli, curry leaves, shallots, fenugreek seeds.

Pour the seasoning over the curry, now the curry is ready to serve.
