Ingredients

15 minutes
  • 250 gmsfreshly grated coconut or pieces
  • 2red chillies
  • 2green chillies
  • 2 tsppeanuts
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/2 tspMustard seeds
  • 1/2 tspjeera seeds
  • 1 tspUrad dal
  • 2 sprigCurry leaves
  • 2 tspOil for tempering
  • 1/2 inch piecesGinger
  • as neededWater for grinding

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a mixer add in that coconut pieces or grated ginger pieces and one chillies green

  2. 2

    Grind it by adding few water drops

  3. 3

    Add salt and mix well and pour the mixture in a bowl

    Then switch on flame put tadka pan add oil

    Once hot add oil mustard seeds zeera seeds once splitters add urad dal red chillies and 1 green chillies and curry leaves and mix and switch off

    Add in coconut mixture and mix and serve with any dosa or idly
