Boil the potatoes until they are tender and soft

Once they are like that then drain water and pour olive oil to fry and add pepper, onion to the potatoes to fry together.

Add the chicken stock and pepper and spinach stir and cover the pot.

Check that the mixture is cooked and stir. Let it cook for a while then taste to see that all the ingredients had blended well together.

Once it gives you that taste it's ready it can be served
