Put grated coconut,jeera, peanuts, coriander leaves ggpaste salt,dahi and blend and mixer

Make idli batter by farmenting (1cup uraddal and 2cups f rice by putting warm water,fr 15/20 mins and Keep fr farmenting fr 7/8 hrs

Nw mix grated cabbage, Onions, tomato cubes(without seeds), little coriander leaves, salt and mix. With idli batter and put on non stick pan,one side and put all mixtures f vegetables and make uttapam by making little Golden colour

Lastly serve with Coconut chutney
