Steps

Firstly scrap the coconut.

Take scrapped coconut, green chillies, garlic cloves and ginger along with 1cup of water & grind it to smooth paste.

Remove the paste in a strainer covered with smooth cotton cloth. & remove the coconut extract from the paste.

Again grind the leftover content by adding 1 cup of water & again sieve it.

Now add kokam agal or extract of soaked kokam jeera powder, saindhav & sugar as per your taste.

Mix it well & garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves.

Serve cold.
