My first ever trial at making biscuits

Preheat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit

Whisk flour, baking powder and salt

Pour in heavy cream and using a fork mix until well combined.

Do not overmix

Transfer dough to a lightly floured surface and roll out the dough about 1 inch thick

Using a round cookie cutter start cutting out rounds
- 7
Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
- 8
Bake for 15 minutes until golden brown on top
- 9
Remove from oven and brush with the melted butter
