Peel your bananas n bring them to boil.

Once boiled, drain the water, add salt n mash.

In a frying pan, add chopped half onions, margarine n heat abit.

Add your mashed matoke n fry. Can as well opt not to fry.

Chop your cleaned sukuma n fry them. No overcooking.

Clean n dice your raw carrots n tomatoes accordingly. I prefer them raw sometimes coz the raw ones has more nutritional value than cooked ones.

Portion your breakfast n serve it hot.

Can serve with any beverage of your choice.
