Ingredients

30 minutes
2 servings
  1. 4 cupbasmati rice
  2. 3medium sized carrot
  3. 4-5 piecesbeans
  4. 4-5 tablespoonghee
  5. 4 tablespoonwhite oil
  6. 1 tablespoonwhole garam masala
  7. 1/2 teaspoonturmeric powder
  8. 3 cupwater
  9. To tastesalt and sugar
  10. 1 cupmilk(few strand of saffron soaked of milk)
  11. 3-4quail eggs (boil)

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    All vegetables are cut in to small pieces.

  2. 2

    Rice is washed and mixed with turmeric, salt, sugar and ghee.

  3. 3

    Oil and ghee are heated in a handi and whole garam masala is added.

  4. 4

    Add all vegetables, rice and mix for a few minutes.

  5. 5

    3 cup water and 1 cup milk is poured in the handi and the rice is cooked.

  6. 6

    After 20 minutes the rice is cooked. Put the cooked rice and quail eggs in layers and sprinkle garam masala, cook again for another 5 minutes

  7. 7

    Biryani is ready to serve, enjoy with family.
