Ingredients

  1. 1 BowlMaize flour
  2. 2 tablespoonsSuji
  3. to tasteSalt
  4. 4-5 tablespoonsCurd
  5. 1/4 tablespoonTurmaric powder
  6. 1/2 tspRai
  7. as needed oil for tadka
  8. 5-6curry leaves
  9. 1Green chilli
  10. 1 packetEno

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix maize flour and Suji and curd in a bowl. Add salt and turmaric powder. Make a semithick paste using water.

  2. 2

    Allow to rest for 20min

  3. 3

    Add Eno one pouch and transfer the mixture into a greased cake tin

  4. 4

    Steam for 20-25min

  5. 5

    Cut into pieces

  6. 6

    Heat oil in a pan and add Rai. When crackle add curry leaves and green chilies.

  7. 7

    Pour tadka over the dhokla
